Hieroglifs received ISO 9001 Certification
In September, 2015 an audit on the quality of the services provided by Hieroglifs International was carried out. After the evaluation, Hieroglifs International was granted with the ISO 9001 Certification.
The SR EN ISO 9001:2008 Certification entails that all the customer oriented services that our company offers are of good quality. It also indicates that the staff and management are suitably qualified, and that the requirements and standards that customers expect from our services are also met.
“Receiving the ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality serves as the climax of our efforts so far! We are very proud of this achievement! The quality of services is the cornerstone of every continuously growing company, and this certification attests that the services we offer to our customers meet the international quality standards of the respective fields. This achievement was made possible thanks not only to the unrelenting work we invest in identifying the needs and expectations of our associates, but also thanks to our continuous efforts to improve their position in the market”, said Gianluca Falco, head of the agency Hieroglifs Romania.
The thorough process of evaluation was conducted by the auditors of the company DNV GI Business, which specializes in classification and certification in the fields of technology and management.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was founded in 1947, and since then it has been the largest developer and publisher of international standards. Its certification ISO 9001:2008 is recognised and respected by international organizations as a standard of quality management.
